How we built a service where quality comes first.
Before Estimental came to life, we ran an architectural studio, delivering projects across various scales – from commercial buildings to prestigious interiors. Quality was always our top priority, and it was this commitment that allowed us to steadily build a strong and consistent portfolio.
In 2018, after years of supervising construction sites, we began to notice a recurring problem: a lack of reliability among construction teams, suppliers, and carpenters. Instead of focusing on lasting value, many participants in the process were driven solely by the need to finish quickly.
We started asking ourselves: Is this really what construction should look like? Isn’t there a better way to do it?
The answer came quickly – take full responsibility for the entire process. Not just as design supervisors, but as a general contractor. We set out to create a service that would make the journey to a dream interior not only efficient, but also genuinely enjoyable.
That’s how Estimental was born – a studio that leads projects from the very first sketch to the final handover of a fully finished interior. This way, clients no longer have to worry about quality, deadlines, or whether the execution will stay true to the design. They can be confident that the final result will be exactly as they envisioned.
Today, we continue to refine our processes, seamlessly combining planning, design, and execution into one cohesive whole. With numerous completed projects behind us, we’ve proven that interiors can be perfected down to the last detail, delivered within budget, and finished right on schedule.
