Maciej Trzciński
CO-OWNER
MSc in Architecture, graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Warsaw University of Technology. He gained experience in renowned architectural studios in Warsaw. He is authorized to design and supervise construction works without limitations.
In estimental. he leads the company and the design department.
His favorite artists include Jose Parla, Martin Kollar, and Alexander Calder.
An enthusiast of physical activity, he spends every free moment on the tennis court or cycling trail. He loves active travel, diving, and photography.
Bolesław Klimkiewicz
CO-OWNER
MSc. arch., graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Warsaw University of Technology.
In estimental. takes care of the development of the company's technical knowledge. It supervises the issues of material solutions, looks for new market products and participates in the most important construction fairs.
Privately, father of twin daughters. It rests best on a climbing wall.
Ewelina Gurczyńska
LEAD ARCHITECT
MSc in Architecture, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Warsaw University of Technology. She holds architectural qualifications for unrestricted design. Years of experience in the architectural profession allow for a comprehensive approach to interior design—from technical and ergonomic aspects to the smallest details. Putting people and their functional and aesthetic needs first is her priority.
At Estimental, Ewelina specializes in designing bright and cozy interiors using natural materials.
She loves nature, which is why she surrounds herself with numerous plants. In her free time, she practices pottery on a wheel, goes to the gym, hikes mountain trails, and conquers new peaks.
Klaudia Kwiatkowska-Wawruch
LEAD ARCHITECT
MA in Fine Arts from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in Interior Architecture.
In estimental. she particularly enjoys discovering the perfect user experience in the designed space.
In her free time, she amateurishly tends to a garden and practices pottery on a wheel. She has a keen interest in applied arts, particularly chairs and ceramics.
Marcin Marzec
LEAD COORDINATOR
Marcin holds construction and construction site manager qualifications, allowing him to oversee construction works without limitations. He earned his MSc in Civil Engineering from the Military University of Technology with a focus on Construction.
In estimental. he is responsible for ensuring the quality of ongoing construction works. You will encounter him at every one of our construction sites and during apartment handovers.

Kamil Machelak
LEAD ARCHITECT
MSc in Architecture, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Poznań University of Technology. His education and professional development have allowed him to grasp the fundamentals of the processes involved in creating anything from large-scale architectural structures to intimate interiors.
In estimental. Kamil specializes in designing interiors that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping up with technological advancements.
Justyna Kowalska
LEAD ARCHITECT
MA in Fine Arts, a graduate of the Interior Architecture Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
In estimental. she has the ability to transform dreams of an ideal interior into reality, taking care of both practical and visual aspects.
In her free time, she nurtures her passion for floristry. Additionally, she loves outdoor activities and can often be found rollerblading, enjoying movement, and nature.
Katarzyna Nowak
LEAD ARCHITECT
MSc in Architecture, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Wrocław University of Technology.
In estimental. despite her unassuming name and surname, she crafts unique interiors with distinctive character and atmosphere. Her keen awareness of trends and events in the world of art and design aids her in this creative process.
Privately, she is enamored with her adopted beagle.
